Sector Catalyst is a strategic advisory and management consulting firm founded by Agatha Sector. The firm was built on a core philosophy: true organizational evolution requires looking at the whole ecosystem. Whether an organization is adopting artificial intelligence, restructuring internal workflows, or designing regional policy, the primary bottleneck is rarely the complexity of the challenge itself—it is the human and structural friction that occurs during implementation.
WHO WE ARE
Agatha Sector, Founder
Agatha is an ecosystem architect and change strategist. She started her career in finance in New York but was drawn to mission-driven work that would help people and nature thrive. Throughout her career, including over 15 years as a senior development finance leader and diplomat for the U.S. Government, she designed and delivered high-impact economic development, environmental conservation and infrastructure portfolios spanning the Caribbean, Africa and Central Asia. She has specialized in mobilizing catalytic capital, structuring complex public-private partnerships and advising Ministers and Ambassadors on green economy reforms. Using systems thinking, behavior change and bringing diverse voices together, Agatha strives to achieve impact that sticks after the project ends. She is now back in the U.S., based in Aiken, SC, leveraging her diverse skills, to help people and organizations grow and adapt sustainably.
